The research team from the LEADING (Lived experience of EAting Disorders In Neurodivergent and Gender-diverse people) study, funded by Health and Care Research Wales, is still recruiting gender-diverse people to take part in their survey about the relationships between gender identity, neurodivergence and eating disorders.

Alongside their continued recruitment of trans, nonbinary, and gender diverse adults, they are now also inviting UK-based cisgender adults who have current or past experience of an eating disorder to share their experiences with the team. The research aims to improve eating disorder support for trans, nonbinary, gender diverse and/or neurodivergent people.

In order to take part, you must:

  • be aged 18+ years
  • be based in the UK and fluent in English
  • have current or past experience of an eating disorder (a diagnosis or treatment experience is not needed to take part)

If you would like to take part, complete this online survey about your experiences.
