Public involvement is a vital part of ensuring that research is relevant, meaningful and impactful. There are a variety of ways members of the public can get involved, including: Helping to identify and prioritise research topics Advising on how studies are designed and conducted Contributing to data collection and analysis Assisting in the interpretation and sharing of research findings If you are a researcher and would like to involve members of the public in your work, please complete the form below. Each question includes a help icon (?) with tips to guide you in providing the most useful information. Supplying clear and comprehensive details about your opportunity to involve the public in your research will make it easier for people to understand the project and decide whether they would like to participate. What happens after I submit the form? Once your completed form is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Health and Care Research Wales Communications, Engagement and Involvement Team. If your submission meets the criteria for public involvement, the team will draft an advertisement based on your submission and send it to you for your approval. Once approved, your opportunity will be published on the Health and Care Research Wales website.
