The Cancer Research UK Campaigns team work to drive policy change by lobbying governments across the UK, so that 3 in 4 patients survive their cancer long term by 2034. One of the ways they’re trying to do this is by calling for the UK Government to recruit and train more NHS staff to diagnose and treat cancer. Right now, only half of people are diagnosed early. This is in part due to NHS workforce shortages – an issue that COVID-19 has only made worse.

The team need you to help them understand how people affected by cancer are feeling about the challenges facing the NHS, and how they should talk about the issues facing cancer services, and the solutions they think the UK Government should be implementing. Cancer Research UK want to get your insights on how COVID-19 may have impacted your views and if you think they should be updating our key campaign messaging to reflect that.

To have your say take part in the online survey by 21 May.
