The Less Survivable Cancers Taskforce launched a new survey to give a voice to people affected by a terminal diagnosis of one of the deadliest cancers and help make improvements to palliative care services.
Patient and their loved ones will have the opportunity to share their experiences after receiving a diagnosis for one of the less survivable cancers including brain, liver, lung, stomach, oesophageal and pancreatic cancer as well talk about the support they received and what other types of support they think would be helpful.
This survey is open to anyone in the UK with experience of a less survivable cancer. It should take around fifteen minutes to complete and you can complete it anonymously or choose to provide your contact details at the end.
