ATMP Outcomes Research Facilitator - NHS Wales Joint Commissioning Committee

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a new programme evaluating the effectiveness and value delivered by Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs). ATMPs are innovative therapies that include gene therapies, cell therapies and tissue engineered products.

A Welsh Government funded programme has been established within NHS Wales Joint Commissioning Committee (NWJCC) to investigate the clinical and cost effectiveness of ATMPs through the collection and analysis of outcomes data. This data will support decisions on how Wales can sustainably provide ATMPs today, and into the future.

he post will be situated within the Medical Directorate at NWJCC, which has an important and varied role, including evidence evaluation, medicines management and policy development.

Contract type: Fixed term - 2 years
Hours: Full-time (37.5hours per week)
Salary: Band 5 - £28,834 - £35,099 per annum
