Aim 

She will explore the reasons why children in Wales end up in care, why some children in care are moved around a lot, and why some children leave care and come back again. This will help social workers to offer children and families early, appropriate support, so that children can remain with their families or carers in a stable and nurturing environment. In the long run, this will help children and families in Wales to live happier and healthier lives.
